IN THE DRAGON BOAT
In the spring and summer (May-Sept) we’re on the water 3 times a week. We train to compete at dragon boat festivals – locally in New England and beyond!
IN THE GYM
Off-season we’re in the gym lifting + erging. Our workouts are structured and led by our competitive Coaching staff to keep us in top paddling shape.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Whether it’s participating in the paddling community or the volunteering in the greater Boston area, our members like to get out there and give back.
